I’m very disappointed with this store’s return and exchange policy. I purchased a pair of socks and, after leaving the store and opening the package, realized they were too small. I immediately attempted to exchange them for the correct size — not for a refund, just an even exchange. Unfortunately, I was told that because the package had been opened (even just to check the size), they would not allow any exchange.
