The owner is very friendly with all the people who do and don't know Katie. I love my Nail Technician Sarah Joyce she always does Beautiful work and is very good at what she does. Sarah is so understanding when I cant make my appointment due to my medical conditions. Everyone who works there is a wonderful and Beautiful person, they all care about there clients. Thank you Katie for your wonderful staff and a Big Thank you to Sarah Joyce, you always make my nails Beautiful.

You are the bullies. Not the people that you treat poorly.
When you have an unhappy customer you fix it, not bully them. This salon should feel disgusted knowing how they handled a recent incident. Maybe next time you will hire better hair dressers that actually know what they’re doing. NO ONE GO HERE! You have been warned!!!
Horrible customer service. Kayla doesn’t know what the hell she’s doing, Katie (the OWNER) is rude and doesn’t deliver refunds when necessary, and Sarah bullies clients online. Don’t go here!!!
I just can't believe the way this salon treats people. ruin someone's hair, refuse refund, then bully them through social media. you people are gross.
Rude. Turned my hair orange. Wouldn’t refund my money when I was unhappy. And then they talked rudely about me behind my back. I’m a client, everyone deserves respect. And they were nothing but unprofessional and disrespectful.
