Just reading the comments back from employees on the reviews should make anyone run far far away from this place. I hope this is a lesson for the owners and the stylist. What you say on social media will come back to you. Making fun of a client and then trying to back track is just pathetic. Calling someone a bully because you don’t like their honest review is just ridiculous. Trying to guilt them by saying the single mom crap, come on. Be proud of your freaking work and own up to when you make mistakes and fix it.
Who ruins someone hair and then won’t refund then and call them a bully?
Look at the rating below mine. No good stylist would let their client leave like that. ( poor management that wouldn’t give client refund or do the right thing at all, also. Do NOT recommend going here unless you want your hair destroyed for $300)
Horrible business and customer ethics. Not worth walking in the door unless you want to be screwed over and made out to be a clown.
I can’t believe you don’t see an issue with the lady’s hair who requested a refund. Her hair was butchered and you call her a bully for brining it to your attention!! I’m embarrassed for you. Yikes! 🤦🏻♀️
Very very rude management just trying to make money not caring about clients happiness even when the clients are loyal.
I read reviews before going to a salon and now that I have read yours I will never set foot in there. I hope other potential clients read these and the way you have talked to others. You people are complete trash.
My friend had her hair destroyed there and they won't fix it or refund her due to her posting about it. what awful customer service. you should be ashamed of yourselves!
