I believe Moe and his partner are con artist selling poor quality dirty wigs. They will tell you the wigs are bargain prices on the phone but when in the store that will change. Most wigs have no prices so if you don't know any better they will rip you off. These people don't even take care of the wigs. I've seen dandruff and what looked like lice in some of the wigs. They are unhygienic and very unprofessional. Don't buy wigs at this store.
