I have visited this salon from time to time ever since they opened. They were never very nice but it was clean, affordable & down the block from me so it's where I would go. As time passed it got worse & just yesterday I had to walkout of mine appointment after Kimberly basically yelled at me like a child for being late. I did call to say I was stuck in traffic but with the anger in this ladies eyes, there was no way I was letting her touch me. She looked like she wanted to beat me!
