This is the second time my cousin and I care for a facial. Our facials were great and the ladies we had did a great job. There was a man in the room next to us snoring extremely loud the entire time of our facials. There was also employees speaking in their native language. When we went to check out, the man who checked us in was screaming at my cousin about the price of the facial. We were there a couple months ago and paid $45 each for our facial. Very rude and racist 😡 My cousin came in for service. She was talked to very disrespectful and called rats after she spent her money with them .
the man here is rude. He called my 70 year old auntie a rat. He called us dirty. We treated ourselves out because my mother had just died so we were trying to relax due to grief. only to be rudely treated. We were sitting under the foot dryer when he rudely pushed our chairs and asked us to leave so he could seat a Mexican lady. No one ever checked to see if our nails were ever dry. We spent over $300 only to be rudely treated😡
