Worst nails saloon ever! Don’t ever go to this salon unless you want to end up in the hospital emergency. The lady cut my nails and even cut my finger — so painful and careless. Never again! You should run away from this place ! And to the owner please do the professional training for your worker !
I went in to get an infill, and while the lady was applying the acrylic, she got the product on my skin. I said that my skin was hurting, and saw that the acrylic had dried onto my skin. She denied that she got the acrylic on my skin, saying it was “impossible” due to the way she holds the nail. She insisted that “it only burns because of the dremel.” I showed her that the product had hardened on my skin, and another technician jumped in to say that my skin was just sensitive. Worst nails I have ever had. The lady kept checking the time like she was in a rush. Nails are so uneven, lumpy and the French tips are so poorly done. Should have checked reviews before going in. Can’t wait for the nails to come off.
I went to get my eyebrows waxed, but unfortunately, the lady who did it burned my skin. I told her about it immediately, but she insisted my skin looked normal and there was no redness. The next morning, I woke up with a visible burn mark above my eye. I called the store to inform them, but the staff member I spoke to laughed and didn’t take my concern seriously.
