I always get my nails done here & am never disappointed. I had a lovely lady named Thy and she did an amazing job. A+++
Did not even get close to what I wanted, if you are thinking about going here to get your nails done, DONT. I was there for almost 2 hours and still walked out unhappy, two different ladies tried drawing a heart on one nail 5 times and it came out splotchy and wonky every time here’s some photos for reference, spaces in the middle of the gems, chunky white tips and glue residue everywhere on the ring fingers, I was charged $120 after they said it would be $115 for the design (didn’t even get the heart or the correct matte on... read more
Giving it one star but in reality that is also too much. The girl who was doing my nails looked too tired and seemed to be complaining a lot. They didn't do my nails as requested even after showing them the videos multiple times. The girl who was doing my nail asked me if liked it or not every time but when I tried to explain to her what I want, she seemed annoyed and never really got it right. I went in to get an infill, and while the lady was applying the acrylic, she got the product on my skin. I said that it was hurting, and saw that the acrylic had dried onto my fingers. She denied that she got the acrylic on my skin, saying it was “impossible” due to the way she holds the nail. She insisted that “it only burns because of the dremel.” I showed her that the product had hardened on my fingers, and another technician jumped in to say that my skin was just sensitive. Went there for shellac. They drilled the previous shellac SO FAR DOWN my nails were so paper thin, the next day the colour started peeling off!! My nails CONSTANTLY peel, consequently are SO SHORT I went back & complained to the owner/manager & she didn't even apologise!! DO NOT GO THERE!!
