Have used this nail salon on multiple occasions and purchased several gift cards in the past. Did a walk in today shortly after posted opening at noon. All attendants were already busy so I checked in and sat down to wait my turn. A lady comes in after me and states she has an appointment which is fine but then insists on her husband being allowed a pedicure at the same time and has no appointment. This was my first time going to a nail salon, I’m a model and needed my hands cleaned up for a shoot, and it was honestly terrible. It was so bad I almost thought it was a joke. The woman didn’t trim my nails evenly at all; some were short, others long or sharp. I had to fix them myself at home. She also used a sanding tool that left my nails scuffed and dull, making them look worse than before. I paid $20 for this and even tipped $5 (not sure why, since she didn’t even seem appreciative).
