Today I went to Beauty Nails and got pampered and so relaxed. I got a powder dipped manicure. I finally found the most beautiful color pink there is. I also got a lavender pedicure and found the perfect pink for my toenails. I am so excited, and I feel so relaxed. I love going to Beauty Nails. When you get your pedicure, you sit in a chair that has a massager in it for your back. So, you get relaxed and pampered all in one. I will never go anywhere else again except for Beauty Nails. Every time I have ever been to Beauty Nails, I've had a bad experience, although none were as bad as what happened to me today. To start, the girl cut my natural nails too short, they hurt. As she was putting the tips on & pushing my skin down, she did it with her own very sharp thumb nail, that was painful as well. I couldn't help but cringe. My wife bought a pair of manni-peddi packages for my 13 yo daughter s birthday thinking it would be a fun girl s day out. Well, when they returned, all I ve heard since is NEVER AGAIN over and over. My daughter has done her own nails better than they did them and my wife s foot was bleeding, her nails were crooked and the man who provided her service couldn t speak any English. TERRIBLE!!!!! I made an appointment two weeks in advance for myself and my neice. Our appoinment was at 10a.m. We went at 10am to find out that they don't open until 12. I called them at 12 and they told me to come in at 1p.m. They called me back and told us to come in at 1:30. I drove over an hour to come to Keene to take my neice out to get her toes and nails done for her b-day. They didn't taker her until 2p.m. and at this point, i decided not to get my done.
