I usually have a positive experience in this particular store but I will no longer visit this location because I was constantly watched by the male cashier with dark hair. I felt uncomfortable and just walked right right on out . This store prices are higher than the other beauty supply stores in this area. I refuse to pay more money for the same products that I can buy cheaper in a store that is 5 minutes away. Why would I choose to pay a higher price to be treated like a criminal.

they will use any excuse to keep your money , they don’t accept returned chemicals even if they’re unopened. they also don’t accept half bags of hair wigs jewelry of chemicals… that’s all the sale practically. Be careful spending your money here.

This location has a very helpful staff. Well definitely the one guy i usually speak with. He will not lie or hype up a product that doesn't work with what you are doing. He stands by his decision and he gets it right with me every time. They also have longer hours than most beauty supplies in this area as well so that's a bonus. I go here often. Will add pictures next time I go.
