I was very disappointed with the service I received from Erika Smith at this salon. I got locs done, expecting quality work, but they started unraveling shortly after my appointment. For the price and time spent, I expected a more professional and long-lasting result. I reached out for a resolution and was offered a refund for the price of the hair, but it was unsatisfactory given the poor quality of service.
