did not like the fact that the people were very rude. here would not recommend.
Came in and purchased a bottle of shampoo that was already unsealed (which I didn’t notice until I got home). When I returned the next day to exchange it for conditioner, I was told it ‘looked used’ and they refused to help. I explained that it was sold to me that way and even asked if they could check cameras, but they wouldn’t. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just an exchange. Very disappointing customer service. Please check your products before selling them.
Besides the creepy worker there who kept following me and asking me weird questions…really good place
I call then to see what time do they close and they hung up the phone on my face and they close at 8 o’clock like who’s gonna make it there at 8 o’clock
Went in for pre rinsed braiding hair and they didn’t have it in store so I left. I was followed out the store & had nothing but my keys/phone.
