Serena is the only stylist that I will use. She miraculously found a style that works with my wavy hair and always remembers my individual issues whenever I come in. She clearly knows what she is doing. Also, the pedicure I got at Beauty Lounge was better quality than the twice as expensive pedicure at the Umstead Hotel Spa. Beauty Lounge is a lovely neighborhood salon with lovely people!
I am absolutely thrilled to have found this little gem! Serena and Ian are both fabulous, and the experience is always positive. Ian takes his work seriously and is a true artist. I recommend Beauty Lounge to anyone looking for personalized service and attention to detail!
Love love love Serena! I have curly hair and was told I could never wear it long. My first visit to Serena was magic. The woman knows her hair. I suppose other stylists just weren't talented enough to work with my hair. I now have long, manageable and beautiful curly locks which she keeps looking fab using her dry cutting technique.
