Geek to Chic – I LOVE Beauty Heaven. Allison has done such an awesome job on everything. I started with color, sat down and told her i had no clue what I wanted but told her how often I could come in. She stayed an hour after the salon closed and sat with me while we gossiped. great highlights and haircut – I wanted to share the excellent experience I had getting a haircut and some highlights at Beauty Heaven. First of all it was really easy to get to, as it's about a minute off the 405 at the Jamboree exit. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and offered a beverage. Disappointing Experience – You get a haircut and at least one person will say to you the next day, "great haircut:," you look nice" or even "did you get your haircut?" When there's silence, you know something went horribly wrong. I arrived at Beauty Heaven hoping to receive friendly service and a professional style and cut. I'm so sorry you had a bad outcome. I take great care to make sure that everyone that comes to Beauty Heaven has a great experience. All the stylists are highly trained in haircutting and the other services we offer, so I'm very disappointed that you feel that the haircut wasn't technically up to par. I also see that you also had trouble with parking, however, there is also underground parking with several hundred spots with a stairway leading right up to our front door which you may not have noticed. Beautiful place, love the atmosphere! – Right when you walk into Beauty Heaven, you can tell that everything is new. It's so white and spotless in there! I was a brunette, and the other day decided I wanted a change. I knew how hard it was to go through such a dramatic change so I e-mailed the stylist in advance. Cute Salon with a great staff – I went to Beauty Heaven on a whim after I was tanning at the tanning spa next door. I walked in not really knowing what I had in mind except that I wanted to change my color. The stylist had so many great idea's I ended up changing my look completely and I love it! I really liked how everyone was so accommodating to my needs. I am going back next week to get eyelash extensions and I'm so excited!
Fabulous Salon! I will be back... – Clean, beautiful, & relaxing environment... Beauty heaven saved my hair!!! Awful: Go elsewhere – I got my hair cut and colored here, based on the reviews of this site. I spent about 3 1/2 hours in the salon (that's fine) and I thought everything was fine when I left the salon. But, when I got home I noticed chunks of my hair weren't colored to the root! Are you kidding me??? And some were in the front of my face that were only noticeable when you styled it a different way. Awesome Color and Extensions – I found Beauty Heaven through my husband. He works right near the salon and found the appearance of the salon to be very inviting and the stylists to be very welcoming when he came in to inquire about the services.
