Many one their employees was lacking tremendously of customer service. Does not want to take any appointments. Went there twice and she did not want to do my eyebrows. I had an appointment and was late for 10 mins but I called and no answer. When I got there she was cleaning windows and told me I was late. Went for the first time since the stay at home order. Made my appointment with Mandy, she is so nice and sweet. Got in and out in great timing. Would recommend and will be going again.

Omg I was so scared to get my brows done, but the ladies definitely insured me that I had absolutely nothing to worry about. My brows look better than they ever have with waxing. I will definitely be coming back!!!
