The owner was unprofessional, late to the appointment, and lacked basic communication and courtesy. When you’re trusting someone with services like lashes and brows, professionalism matters—and this was not it.
I have just moved to the area. I needed my eyebrows done before the holiday. I had such a great experience here and my eyebrows look AMAZING! I will be coming back!
If you’re looking for someone who does it all you found your girl!! I went to her for my first ever laser treatment and it has completely changed my life! I highly recommend going to her for brows, laser and even lip injections cause she truly is the best
Due to frequent travel, getting my lashes done has always been a gamble. We recently relocated to Saint Augustine and I had not been able to find a talented lash technician (apologies if using wrong terminology). I was blessed to find Janna, she is a lash queen! She was very thorough with hearing me out and meticulously applied every lash to precision, especially with the longer eyelashes to the outside corners. My lashes looked amazing !
