Today is July 14th, and I had an appointment at 6:30. I arrived at Beauty Brow and Lash at 6:30, but there was no one there. I waited until 7:00, yet no one showed up. My time was wasted; if they didn't intend to provide the service, why did they schedule the appointment in the first place? It was completely unprofessional. I am not happy at all, and I will probably never visit such an unprofessional salon again, These people don't even deserve a single star.
The owner was unprofessional, late to the appointment, and lacked basic communication and courtesy. When you’re trusting someone with services like lashes and brows, professionalism matters—and this was not it.
I have just moved to the area. I needed my eyebrows done before the holiday. I had such a great experience here and my eyebrows look AMAZING! I will be coming back!
If you’re looking for someone who does it all you found your girl!! I went to her for my first ever laser treatment and it has completely changed my life! I highly recommend going to her for brows, laser and even lip injections cause she truly is the best
Due to frequent travel, getting my lashes done has always been a gamble. We recently relocated to Saint Augustine and I had not been able to find a talented lash technician (apologies if using wrong terminology). I was blessed to find Janna, she is a lash queen! She was very thorough with hearing me out and meticulously applied every lash to precision, especially with the longer eyelashes to the outside corners. My lashes looked amazing !
