My daughter just went and spent 150 dollars to have her hair done and the stylist kept asking my daughter to come back to finish her haircut as she was too busy working on other clients. Extremely unprofessional. She deserved the attention with the amount of money paid. I also wanted to add she had a master stylist.
My hair turned out gray. I will have to pay someone else to fix what you guys messed up, will never go here again.!

Lady who performed service was good. But coupon expired 3 days ago. I tried to make appointment THEY didn't have any available wouldn't honor coupon. Claimed corporate wouldn't honor it. Not MY fault no appointments available. No apologies or even partial fiscount. Coupon was for 30% off spa service. Must be how they get you in and scree you. Won't go back.
Ashton is awesome she did some parcial highlights and up do and i loved it. She's super cool and easy to talk to.
