I took my daughter in today to get her hair done for her 15th bday. She wanted it a light blonde. The stylist told her it would take bleaching and that she didn't have time for that, but she would do a full highlight and get it just as blonde....3.5 hrs later, I left with a crying kid. She got nowhere close to what she wanted, and we were also charged $41 for a haircut, when she got so little trimmed off that you can't even tell. I was ignored from the time I walked in the door! Then I was looking at an item on a shelf and a sales associate walked up and said “excuse me “ with such distain I thought what did I do wrong? She made me move back away from the shelf so she could walk by instead of walking behind me, the isle was huge and there was plenty of room, it confused me! I went into the store and no other customers were in the store. 2 sales people were up front. I told the girl that I had a return and what I was looking for. I asked her where the product was and she pointed to the back part of the store. I walked back the and couldn't find the product. I decided if she was too lazy to walk back and show me where the product was, I would make my return and no somewhere else. No customer service!!!
First time experience at the salon at Beauty Brands and I was very impressed! I was offered water upon checking in and everyone at the front desk was very pleasant. The manager checked in with me while I was waiting for my stylist. My stylist was Tiffany Parks and she did an amazing job on my hair! I would highly recommend her and the salon as a whole. Thank you for making it a great experience!
Took my 7 year old great-granddaughter to have her long hair trimmed. Price was reasonable and the staff was great. My wife goes on a regular basis and has no complaints. Cannot be compared to the "discount" salons.
