I wish my stylist (Toni) would leave Beauty Brands. I called yesterday and made a appointment for today at 615pm for a cut and color. I get there and was told that she was running behind and was asked if I wanted to wait or I could use another stylist. Being that I have had my hair messed up one too many times I choose to wait for Toni. Well, when I asked how long I would have to wait I was told an hour and a half. I used to love the store. It wasn't as snobby as other beauty supply stores that I have visited. I've spent hundreds of dollars at the store and tonight was the last time that I have to ask someone to take my money so I can take some purchases home with me. There was a gentleman that appeared to be an employee standing at the cash register and I mistakenly took him for an employee, active in on the clock, as he told me quickly he wasn't on the clock and couldn't bring me up. Barely touched my hair and charged $41. Not at all happy with the hair cut here. I wonder why these people r so scared of using scissors when the customer says "I want a nice hair cut and side bangs'. Wont recommend

Poor customer service skills to allow a customer and sales agent to argue back and forth while ur getting hair done is un professional and only jave one nail tech is crazy first and last time in there
