They don't have any professional stylist and Managers. I got my hair colored by Carlena and I went over what I wanted, which was close to black. I noticed the dye had blue in it and I asked her twice "I'm not gonna heave blue in it and she said no. The lighting in there made it look good until I got home and there was the blue!! I called and we told by Shay that I could get my money back. 2 min later another so called manager called and said Shay was not a manager and I couldn't get my refund. So why would they lie to me?? Witnessed the assistant manger Denise extremely rude to the customer in front of me today. The customer was trying to return an item she purchased online and although she has the print out of her online statement the assistant manager took it to extreme and was waving the paper all around saying she could not find it in the computer and could not do the exchange. I had a horrible color done by a girl named Allison.. she literally ruined my hair. It turned thin and it fell out. It was natural curly, now it’s just wavy. The color wasn’t even what I asked for. I told all my friends and family. Beware of a girl named Allison. She will ruin your hair!!!!
I absolutely loved it! Second time there; professional and personal. Definitely gives you what you want. They give you a drink: coffee, tea, water....then you get pampered!
I had a wonderful cut and color with Rob...who is a genius...master colorist..loved my day at Beauty Brands !!!
I booked online for me and my daughter to get a cut and flatiron, unfortunately it didn't work like it should have but they got us both in as soon as they could to fix the issue and we got 50% off also! I will definitely be back for Caesar to do my hair!
Bree is the best estetician around! I've been coming here for years! I'm addicted to my appointments with her! The staff is always friendly and helpful!
