I love the gym, everyone is so nice! It's such a breath of fresh air to find a gym that is so friendly and they are going to be having so many classes I can't wait!!!!
Such a great gym!! The staff and owners are all so friendly and make you feel like family!! I enjoy going to this gym, and so glad to have one this nice so close to home! And to have a salon, tanning, etc all in the same building is a plus also! Glad to be a member!! :)
I was a bit worried about joining a gym as it's been a while since I worked out and had a fear of "gym people".. I found a Fantastic Staff and great facility - Very pleased with my decision to join !!!Great Job Steph - Sam - Lisa and all the crew....

I was a great place! Nice people and workers even one offered me tips to lose weight and they have amazing proteins shakes! Definitely gonna see me up there more often!!
Just joined about a month ago and been going daily since they opened the gym! Love love love it! I look forwards to going and getting in shape!

Our area has needed this for a long time!!! The staff is super helpful and friendly! The facility is amazing and if you haven't joined you def. need to give them a call!!
All I have to say is WOW!!! I knew this gym & salon was going to be nice but it totally exceeded my expectations!!! I'm happy to say Carly and I joined and look forward to continuing the journey I was already on to a healthier me!! I recommend everyone checking out this top notch establishment but if you didn't do it by today you will have to wait until January 1, 2016! Congratulations Stephanie & Sammy!! You should be very proud of what you two have provided for the area!!!!
