I'm 45, and train every day. I've been to a bunch of gyms between RI, CT and even my new home of NC. No less the 8 tags I'm looking at now. It's like having my favorite gym from up north down here. Seriously, enough equipment to work everything. As in - if you didn't work it, it's your own fault. Train to the next level at the beast.
I started this place when they opened up. After 2nd I felt more blessed with people who care about you no matter what size!!!! Every time I go in I meet somebody new we all friendly and it's not groopies like some places!!! It's a family own and a family fitness cause when you come in there's no strangers and nobody treating no one different. We all are the beauty and beast, this place is my second home, my heart and life. I love Stephanie, Sammy, Lisa, Jessica, Cody, Laura!!!!
So glad that in Western Rockingham County we now have an up to date gym. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is clean. Thanks so much for bringing fitness to our area!!!
