Recommendedwell maintained, clean and functional facility and equipment. incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. A good variety of weight lifting supplements, shakes and gym gear as well as some really cool merchandise. (The Beast hoodies look so dope!) The salon is super clean, and they have well maintained tanning beds.I would highly recommend this gym to anyone from a beginner to some one serious about lifting.

RecommendedEvery thing. Sammy has made sure he has the best equipment you can find for every need. Stephanie and their staff are full of information to help you lose extra pounds and I think I have just about every tee shirt as well as the sweat shirts they carry. Jessie has the wonderful talent of art in her blood. I have seen so many types of makeup she does. You just have to see it to believe it. I would rate the the entire business ⭐️⭐️🌟🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫
I have been meaning to put a review on here for a couple days now. I have been a member of this gym for over a year now and I LOVE it! I know first hand how hard it was for me to actually join a gym in such a small town in fear of judgment, but I was SOOO wrong. The people are so nice, helpful, and genuine. When you walk through the doors, there is no judgement. They are so willing to help you with your goals. I could not ask for a better gym family then what I have at B&B!
this is the first gym i been a member of and im loving it the products or affordable as fuck the staff is nice and very welcoming i love it so much
