Went to the new location on Dublin and Powers and it was horrible. My nail person didn't do a good massage, she played with her hair and phone any chance she got, and we had 2pm appointments that apparently don't matter because we didn't get to sit until 2:15. The bartender was the only nice person, the girl at the front seemed rude and acted like we should know to sit at the bar and that it would be later then we scheduled. Hilary has been my 'go to' for pedicures (and manicures) for years! I have 'troublesome toenails' and she keeps me pain free!
I have been quite a few times and have always thought it was great but something about this visit prompted me to need to sit down and go thru the hassle of leaving a review! I had a blast and my fingers and toes look fab! Thanks ladies!!!

If I had an option to give it zero stars I would give it zero. We booked a reservation for my wedding party and I to get our nails done. They were extremely rude, when some of the girls asked for gel nails they said no we don’t have time for that and they made my sister cry because they were being so hateful! Worst nail experience of my life will never go there again and would never recommend it to anyone. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service.

A surprise gift, what a lovely, relaxing way to spend the afternoon - couples pedicure and cocktails! Thanks for a great atmosphere, upbeat and fun technicians, and a delighful afternoon.
Customer service was not was it was the first time I went in. The gal doing my toes seemed very inexperienced with shellac and for as much as you pay for the shellac I expected more than polish on my actual toes. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this was ridiculous for $70. I will not be returning. The bartender was the friendliest gal in the store today.
I spent 100 dollars on my nails 3 days ago. Most of the gems have fallen off and they didnt do a great job with the design. I have a photo of what i asked for next to what i got and they are very different. I would exoect for 100 dollars, and their good reputation i would have gotten way more. And the lady who did my designs wasnt very personable at all. Seemed to get irritated when i tried talking to her. It wasnt a relaxing experience. I chose this olace because they are clean. I highly recommend Beauty Bar and hair stylist Bianca Bowman! I am very very picky about my long hair. Bianca has always done an excellent job with my cuts, highlights, lowlights and toners. She listens and makes sure she clearly understands what I want. I've never left unhappy!
