my manicure wasn't great, but I get manicures/pedicures mainly for the massage. I didn't get a massage with either and as told they don't offer that anymore. If you like a massage with a mani/pedicure, don't come here. I'd never come back.
Extremely disappointed with the service and management. I have been a loyal client for years, but after my recent experience, I will not return. I arrived for my 3:00 PM appointment, but after the technician struggled with a basic French tip, I was left waiting until 6:50 PM before another technician finally saw me. I called in to make an appointment and spoke with Victor. He was very helpful on the phone. I brought my eight year-old daughter for both of us to have pedicures and manicures. We are being helped. Vivian was very helpful and taking care of us. I give this place a five star and will come back.
Today was my first time visiting this nail salon, and I had a wonderful experience! The place was very clean, beautiful, and welcoming. The technician (K) I think! Can’t remember his name who did my nails was professional, kind, and took his time to make sure everything was perfect. I am so happy with how my nails turned out—they look amazing! Updated review: I hate having to give a negative review, especially because I’ve been coming here for so many years, but after today I want to look for another salon. I booked an appointment with Mimi at 2:30pm that got moved to 3:00pm. No problem. For some reason, she was having trouble doing the French tip on my almond nails. I told her it was fine and I could wait for someone. I’ve had Q or other techs help out before.
