They used to be great now they suck made an apt for my son bc his tooth was hurting bad and they will only do an x ray when i told them before the apt what they needed done they say the apt are only 20min but the funny thing is my husband has been back thwre for more than 40
Just got a wisdom tooth pulled out April 13th and received no antibiotics and nothing for pain not even a aspirin!!! I posted a pic of the huge wisdom tooth that was taken out on my page. I will be in pain all weekend long! You know when I called back hour after leaving and said pain is bad the girl said she was sending a prescription to my pharmacy in Mira Mesa and guess what I show up to Walgreens and they said nope they never even called!;! Horrible customer service!! Felt as though it was a bait and switch operation. ..I was referred here for a root canal and to my understanding it was not a covered procedure with my ins...I was assured it was covered by the front office person...I did more research and call back again to ask to please double check because I did not want to waste my time and expressed I would be upset if they were wrong...of course they miss informed me and wasted my time and they didn't seem to care...unprofessional ...did they think since I ... read more
