At first they gave me great customer service, but when I started to ask questions regarding some discrepancies, how staff talked to me, and failed work, they turned on me and were rude…. I gave them benefit of the doubt, but they lied about work that was done. They did not want to take responsibility for their mistakes. Excellent staff and excellent prices. I switched over from another dentist. Night and day difference. The people that work their are amazing.
Anonymous- Came here because of the good reviews but unfortunately I was not satisfied. I went in as a new patient appt for an exam and X-rays. Doctor was rushed to get to the next patient. Did not take her time with me. She did explain I needed a lot of work done and they would give me a print out of the breakdown at the front desk. When I saw the list it was like $10k of work that she said I needed (like $7k) out of pocket. Had a cleaning appointment and it went fast! The staff was very friendly and professional. My teeth have never been this healthy before!
