Just awful. The secretary did the "therapy" appointments over the phone. I asked if she was qualified, her response was that she was a 'medical secretary" and has autistic children. I guess that makes her a mental health professional? She left and now the receptionist (the doctor's daughter lol) makes the wellness calls. She informed me she was in nursing school. I guess that makes her a mental health professional? Medicine is sometimes prescribed on time- as long as you call and text 10×. I could go on and on but I honestly... read more
