the nails are thick & unnatural feeling
Great pedicure process and prices but my polish is wavy and uneven.
I went to get the SNS dip and was upsold to get this “amazing new” liquid gel which is allegedly stronger and more durable than dip. This was Thursday. Today is Saturday. I go to tie my shoe and the nail immediately pops off. I’m in New York for a family reunion and have to look like this for week and a half- after spending $80 with tip. Not happy. Truly the best deluxe pedicure I've had in Jax! Fair prices and staff are friendly. Plus- they also have no issues doing nails for my daughter.
