They charged me for a full set when all I got was a fill in. And when I said all I got was a fill in not a full set she said the price for a full set I was the same everywhere in the area. Again. All I got was a fill in tho. Safe to say I won't be coming back here.
I loved this place because of the convenience and location. But I’m not sure if I can go back after this last visit. This is from Tuesday 9/1. After I saw my finished work, I was *jokingly* told to not look so close at my nails when I pointed out the messy ombré. Even after this, I went ahead and made another 2 wk appointment. Looking at my nails for the last few days, I’m not happy :(
I wanted toe nails cut and polish change. The person who did it did not listen to what I said, she filed slightly and removed old polish and applied new. I sat for 15 minutes under dryer and the polish never dried looked smudged and old. Told them and they blamed me for trying to put my shoe on. Total waste of time and money!!!!! It appears they do not understand or do not care. It should not matter if you spend $1or $100. Will not be back and would not recommend.
