On March 17, 2022, I placed an order for four Its a 10 Miracle Leave-In Product 10-ounce bottles, listed at $19.57USD each. My order was accepted and my credit card was charged. On March 22, Beautifox sent Email stating: Apologies for any inconvenience, this product is currently on backorder. Please check at a later time. You have been refunded for this order. Ordered a brush online. I had tried the same brush at the salon I go to after I ordered but before it arrived. I didn't like the brush. The day I received the brush I called to ask Beautifox for a return authorization. They directed me to their website for return policy. I followed to a tee. I followed their protocol exactly. Box wasn’t opened; nothing was used. They wrote the following: We have refunded you for your order but deducted a restocking fee of $10.00. The item was opened, and box had shown signs of use.
