2nd trip to E r in one week with same symptoms...didn't get to see a dr....only the nurse practitioner same one both times...blood work this time, still no clue what is wrong...better off going to a veterinarian!!!
Brought my mom to get seen. I wish they would get more people that are nice to there patients.
I went in to do simple blood work and had to wait almost 2 hours just to get registered. People were being registered that came in after me. I was told several times your up next, then they would call someone else. I do not find this acceptable! You need a new system to register patients and more workers. After all the waiting and finally had my blood drawn and left to finish my errands, I received a call to come back. I can't speak for all departments but the same day surgery staff are very professional, and very kind. They respond to your needs very quickly. I've had many many surgeries at BMH, and I've never had a bad experience in this department!!!
If I could rate it lower than a one I would! There was a couple of decent nurses and assistants but for the most part the experience there ever!
I like going their but some times I don't because I seem to get the ones that have a messed up attitudes and it pisses me off because I'm trying to tell them what is going on and it's bullshit. The days I have to go and take my son and he gets the nices one's. What can you do lol
We signed in around 5:15 p.m. with my grandson. It's 8:23 p.m.. have not seen the doctor. Still in the waiting room. This hospital advertises it's commercial of care and efficiency. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!! This place is a joke!!!
