My husband and I just welcomed our new son into the world at Beauregard Memorial Hospital. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had and a large part of that is due to the pleasant dispositions and kindness of the nurses and hospital staff. Every employee we interacted with had a smile on their face and seemed to be happy to be doing their job. I went in to the e r they. we're very good and got right to work. The doctor (Dr Price) was very caring he knew right. Away what was going and all the test backed him up I was admitted. quickly the ER nurses were caring and very sweet as well as after I was admitted on the second floor they. were awesome. and very caring. I commend them on a job well done

On the evening of Oct 8th my son was seen at the ER and the level of care and consideration was below subpar! The Dr. who treated him as well as the nurse showed no empathy. None of my family members will ever visit this facility again.
Worst service I have ever seen in my entire life!!! Horrible horrible service!!!!!! No care for patients at all!!!
No I mean no bed side manner. If you don't like your job find another one Treat people like you would like to be treated. In the last out the dozens who took care of our new grand son only 4 were there for the right reasons. I thought their tired. But on Saturday your nursery staff aloud my new born baby grand son to wait 4 hours for a test. With no help from the dozen of staff sitting their not even concerned.
