Took my daughter there with a temp of 103.4... They gave her ibuprofen and sent her home 2 hours later with a temp of 101.9!!! She is 2 years old... No blood work,xrays, nothing... took her to Byrd later the next day because her temp never went away and they did a work up and saw she had RSV and got admitted immediately!!! I worked at Beauregaurd for 3 years, and they suck... Don't bring your child there
Wonderful hospital staff. Very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and well taken care of.
I recently had to take my granddaughter to the ER twice. She received excellent care both times. She was seen by 2 different Dr's but had the same nurse each time, KaLynn. KaLynn went above and beyond what was required to make my baby comfortable. I just wanted to say Thank You to the ER staff. KaLynn a special thanks to you for understanding that Natalie was scared along with being in pain and seeing to her needs even though you had other patients to care for.
Came in for throat swelling. 2.5 hours later, still no doctor. Saw my assigned nurse once. So glad I don't work here anymore. Will never come back.
They fucking rude and dont care about you they leave you and don't come back to check on you
