Ive taken my daughter here since she was 2 days old. Her doctor was Dr Ohs who was amazing and the kind of doctor you as a parent can only hope your child would get... but since she left it seems as though empathy and patience has totally disappeared. Now my 3 year old's current pcp feels the need to mention in her after summary that she spent 30 minutes with her amongst other comments that are actually false but ofcourse you can get away with it because you have that neat doctor title. Dr. Darr and the team here are phenomenal!! I always feel heard and understood. Very efficient without being rushed. Very grateful to have her as my doc.
I would say the staffs are not considerate and we could not find the place in the map at all since it is not showing up and they told I will have to reschedule it. We were having appointment around 10am and we were there at 9.45am and could not find the suite they are hiding in and their phone is not answered as well. If they want to treat the patient in such a way then this is a worst way of treating human beings. Better they dig into a hole and hide instead of hiding in a suite without showing up in the map.
