I would say the staffs are not considerate and we could not find the place in the map at all since it is not showing up and they told I will have to reschedule it. We were having appointment around 10am and we were there at 9.45am and could not find the suite they are hiding in and their phone is not answered as well. If they want to treat the patient in such a way then this is a worst way of treating human beings. Better they dig into a hole and hide instead of hiding in a suite without showing up in the map. I schedule in advance which is what the doctor's office wants you to do. Then they call me to tell me in advance that the doctor is no longer going to be in the office that day. If you want your appointments canceled then this is the office for you. Otherwise I wouldn't waste your time
All the doctors are wonderful, especially my PCP. She’s such a blessing. Lisa, Becky, Kelly, and Stacy are great too.
