We are new to Beaumont and they turned our extremely sick infant down because they don't accept new patients on Fridays. If doctors are available to see patients I don't know why it would matter if they are new... it's still a sick child.
I loved the practice but had a negative experience with one doctor. Upon asking if it was possible to change doctors we were sent a letter firing us for not "trusting the doctor". As a parent you should not be forced to not ask questions regarding your childs care. So sad to leave because we have never had a problem with any of the other physicians there.
Love Dr. Worley but the office staff needs to be better trained.
Have used Dr. Hubbell for 19 years. Great staff. Love the office. Dr. Hubbell has called me himself before after hours over some concerns he had with two of my daughter's. Highly recommend this office.
