I think that Dr. Brown is the best! My children were some of her first patients! Now I have the pleasure of bringing my grandchildren to her!
Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever had to deal with. With limited insurance choices they are one of the few that are on the plan and they are 1. not accepting Anyone with Christus health ins and 2. because we left there practice 9 yrs ago they will not accept my child back ! Hope the Doctors in this practice know how bad there front office staff is. So my guess is there mission statement of "providing the highest quality medical services to children in our area" is total HORSE SHIT.
Dr. Brown is wonderful! We have never experienced problems with the staff and our son enjoys his visits.
We've been using BPC since my oldest (who's 16 now) was about 7. It's slowly but surely gotten worse and worse. The wait time continues to get longer (with no explanations or obvious reasons why). Sitting and watching a dozen patients who've checked in after you get called back before you is frustrating. Especially when the default response at the checkin window is "you're next". Apparently everyone LOVES Dr. Hubbell, but unfortunately we can't all see him.
