The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable, professional and caring. They go out of their way to help you. They answer all of your questions. I would recommend them.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The nurse assistant, Kenya, is completely unprofessional- rude, condescending, and clearly lacks basic respect for patients. She has a smart mouth, talks back, and treats people like they’re a bother. Absolutely unacceptable behavior in a healthcare setting. Patients deserve better!
Absolutely love dr.Griese but sadly the one nurse here that I get every so often is absolutely so rude and makes me never want to come back. Thinking about switching Dr's solely on her. Edit: next time I went back for my check up and got the same nurse giving me attitude once again. I'm done. Take on more patients than they can handle, long appointment wait times just to schedule an appointment and advise you to go to “urgent care” if you need to be seen. Took 3 months to get established didn’t think it would be a month out to be seen when actually sick. No one answers the phone when you call to make an appointment and no call back after 24 hrs after leaving a voicemail. I had to call multiple times. Excuse is too busy… understaffed is a sorry old excuse, get with the program and hire more help and pay them a liv... read more
