This full-service hospital is the only hospital in the Wayne, Westland, Garden City, Canton, Inkster and Romulus area verified by the American College of Surgeons as a Level III Trauma Center. The hospital has a longstanding partnership with Detroit Metropolitan Airport and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to handle a wide variety of health and communicable disease concerns including mass trauma and emergency patients.

They are rude and I been waiting for 2 hours with heart problems and can't breathe. And just took a employee with his name tag on in the back to be seen before me . And also brought some lady in ambulance and stuck her in the lobby. Great job guys.
I get that hospitals are busy, and patients are taken by priority but nearly 5 hours in a waiting room is unaccetpable.
This place is a freaking dump! Grandma just spent over a week there and they did not clean her room one time! They didnt get a bath or bed bath at all in this time and they didnt get her up to walk her bedding was not changed the whole time she was there and they needed constant reminders to change her. They wouldnt get her up to toilet her either! She would have gotten better care in a vets office then this establishment! I am absolutely disgusted
This place is a dump, they keep changing names thinking its gonna help, they are rude as hell in the er and don't care what is going on with you. After sitting in er for several hours the charge nurse came out to inform us that they were at maximum capacity and it would be several hours before anything could be done with anyone. They should turn it into a funeral parlor as that would be more fitting!
