This full-service hospital is the only hospital in the Wayne, Westland, Garden City, Canton, Inkster and Romulus area verified by the American College of Surgeons as a Level III Trauma Center. The hospital has a longstanding partnership with Detroit Metropolitan Airport and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to handle a wide variety of health and communicable disease concerns including mass trauma and emergency patients.

I think their service has improved alot, they will keep u alive :) However, their security (including supervisor Officer Flowers) had the NERVE to put a parking violation sticker on my car for parking in the Pharmacy Parking even though Pharmacy was CLOSED!!! Seriously??? wtf wants to even come to the hospital???NO ONE. My dad went fr ICU to surgery to Cardiac(10 day stay) I was an emotional wreck. My son had a kidney stone procedure done there everyone from the registration to the doctors were very friendly and professional I highly recommend this hospital
Signed in. Waited 30 minutes just to check in for labs. 45 more minutes to get called in. Two techs acted like I was crazy, rude and didn't want to help me.
RecommendedMy daughter just had a baby at the Birthing Center and the way our family was treated today by some of the Nursing Staff was very disrespectful and childish. I have never in my life seen a Nurse become so rude to family members then proceeded to call Security on us for no apparent reason. I have never in my life been treated in such manner before and this is the worst staff besides the doctor and one Nurse who was professional in the delivery of the baby. they didn't waste any time
sit for. nearly 2 hours. for them too say we are backed up right now. bp 214 over 104 . bearly can breathe. if i just. wanted too check my bp. i could went to cvs. not a useful place
So I had to have an MRI and severe anxiety and severe claustrophobia when it come to an MRI. The Ladies who ran the test and helped to make me feel comfortable, did an amazing job. I made it the whole time this time!!! I even received a Card with 2 suckers at the end for A Job Well Done. I would not have changed a thing........
