I’m very upset since covid with the staff and physicians. I have called a few times in regards to common colds and questions with my child’s health. I’ve specifically asked to have a televisit with Dr. Less to speak with her over my concerns, and multiple times I have been denied to speak with her and just advised to go straight to the emergency room. horrible place. they left my stepdad in waiting room while he was having a stroke. didnt see a doctor the whole 8 hours there. left and went to another hospital and is finally being treated. an older man comes in not able to walk a straight line, confused, loss of vision and severe headache you dont leave them in a waiting room and do nothing specially for 8 hrs. bp was through the high another sign and he was ignored. not a ton of pts there but no excuse. hopefully hell make a full recovery but never again this place has go... read more

She acted with poise and dignity quickly solving the problem and getting an IV Melissa on 4 north really helped my husband so much saving him from isolation while recuperating by getting his Starbucks fix. I've been to Dearborn Surgery Center a few times because that was where my doctor recommended. But I found them to be rude. right out of my colonoscopies they were rushing me out while I was still groggy. they were cold and unfeeling , was my experience. And I've been there at least three times and this was my experience every time. last week I got a call from a young lady there telling me that I had a bill and they wouldn't be able to perform my colonoscopy there if I didn't pay the bill, but she was so rude about it! RecommendedI had outpatient knee replacement performed on Friday 9/11/2020. Dr. Silberg, his team and the staff of Dearborn Surgical Center have been outstanding. From the moment I entered the building until I left and the daily phone calls checking on me it's quite surprising how great these people are.
