My 3rd visit to this office was today. Appointment was scheduled for 2:15 PM. At 3:30 I asked an attendant if I had been forgotten, as nobody had yet come. At 3:45 I informed the front desk that I was leaving after letting them know of the unprofessional 'service' I had received. Not a good reflection on Beaumont.

So disappointed with this place. Michael's Hematologist referred us the last time and we seen Dr Hart. He's no longer there and I was informed it's now a training facility for 2ed year residents. I really think that since 2012 being our last visit They should've informed me of this. After the resident tested him she wanted a confirmation on her diagnosis from the dr which would have required us to stay another 40 minutes at least. Needless to say I did not... Never going back there that's for sure...
The staff at the front desk is professional and not rude so I'm not sure what the problem has been but better now
