Everywhere I have lived in the country, I couldn't begin to explain how great this ER is! They actually show concern for their patients and even sent my fiance a get well card. Thank you to the staff of Beaumont emergency center for everything!

Would definitely recommend going to this ER if the need arises. The staff is professional and courteous. The waiting room reminded me of a hotel lobby. (Not that I spent much time there!) Test results were back in minutes, not hours like other places. I can't say enough good things. There is a caveat: they do not take Medicare or Medicaid.
This place was awesome!! Fast service great staff and I really felt as if everyone here cared about how I felt. I would recommend anyone use this wonderful place.

I took my daughter after she fell off her horse, the nurses were awesome and very nice to all of us. We didn't have a long wait either, if we have any other emergencies that is defiantly going back.
Spent my early afternoon here.. allergic reaction to meds.. they took amazing care of me.. got me in within minutes.. started and IV and gave me an epi shot.. all this within 20 minutes.. it's safe to say..I owe them.. thank you for being so caring. for diagnosising me properly and recognizing the stress I was under.. the hug showed great compassion and helped calm me.. thank you for taking such great care of me. I will use yall from now on.

Great service. Very caring and professional staff! My daughter had to get stitches and they did a great job!
Terrible service. Took my 16 month there and after an hour and 45 min we left. He cut his finger pretty bad. They never attempted to clean it, came in our room once and we never saw anyone after that. I stood at the door and told my husband to come on, we will go elsewhere, a nurse looked up and did not even speak to us. Poor treatment. Your stupid sign said no wait and that is all we did there. Very disappointed. I will be very glad to take my business back to Victory, where we should have gone in the first ace.
