i cut my finger. they gave me 8 stitches. charged $3800! my insurance would only pay 3000. they said it was extravagant. they also would not let me do a follow up visit. i would have had to refile. they called many times wanting money quickly.
We went to Beaumont Emergency Center on Monday night. We didn't have to wait. The doctor saw my son before the nurse made it into the room. X-rays done minutes after and pain meds to follow. We had a fracture collar bone on our hands. We were on our way home within an hour. Thank you so much Beaumont Emergency Center!! Y'all were great. Hope we don't have to be back but we will if needed.

I will never step foot into another ER after coming here! I was pleased from the moment I walked in until I left Fast friendly staff!
I don't believe I will go back to this place again. Uncaring especially if they feel your problem is not big enough. I was upset after being told there was a more serious problem than mine; therefore the doctor got upset right along with me instead of diffusing the problem in order to treat me. She discharged me and I was in major pain!!!!! So what you're actually saying Doc is you can't handle multiple problems at once?
