We have visited Beaumont Emergency Center multiple (approx. 5) times, for various injuries/illnesses. We have been consistently greeted and treated quickly & professionally as well as competently. It can be extra-stressful when dealing with a child who is in pain, or when you're unsure of the cause or severity of an illness or injury. The Service we received at the facility was amazing. We were seen, treated and out of there very quickly with great patient care and bedside manor. (If this were based only on that I would be rating you 5 stars.) Unfortunately the service after has been horrible. We were told you accepted all private insurance yet my BCBS is getting billed as an out of network. I got my first bill 3 months after and after recently received 2 more (we went in 12/26/2013). Super friendly staff! In & out quickly!
What an amazing place we have here in Beaumont! Had to go here this morning and was so grateful to find the people were caring and fast and efficient. They were able to treat my problem within two hours and we were out of there. I have never been to an emergency center that takes the time to explain all the procedures they will do and to keep checking on you and offering you drinks and encouragement. If you ever have an emergency, check out this place, you won't be disappointed! Thank you for opening up this center!

I took my teenager here after a car accident. The staff was friendly and like everyone else has said, there was no wait. If we all keep saying that, the word will get out and then there WILL be. Lol We will come back when the need arises. Thanks for a great experience during a bad time.
