Simply the best! The picture of the flower arrangement on the website is exactly what was delivered. Also, a picture of the arrangement was sent to me by the flower shop and notification of delivery as well. Absolutely great customer service, product and communication. I only wish that they were closer to my home so I can use them always as my florist.
This is twice in the last 3 months I have used this company after a Google search needing a flower delivery to my mom’s work in Texas, while I live in North Carolina. Both times, the customer service was over the top from the phone call to the delivery! They made sure they understood what I wanted, where it needed to go, and made sure the person knew how to take care of! I love how they send pictures so you know before it gets to the recipient how beautiful and carefully arranged they are!
