Dr. Romano & her staff are the best! They are so easy to work with & have accommodated us in so many ways since we brought our pets from New Bern. They are professional & friendly as well as truly caring. I’ve heard only good things about BVH and I’m very glad we got to finally try them ourselves.
They did a wonderful job on saving our beloved cat Tom Tom
They killed my dog. Don’t go to this clinic. My dog was fine, but after she was treated she was gone. After my dog passed, the doctor was very cold and disingenuous, and that is a FACT!! It was like another dog died, oh well, it happens. They asked me to delete this review, but I will NOT.
BVH is amazing! They saw our dog Molly and operated on her the same day without ever having seen her and without so much as a vaccination record. Not to mention the amazing tech who cuddled Molly and loved on her and gave us her private number for questions we may have.. I would give them 10 stars if it were a option!

We were vacationing in Emerald Isle and had an emergency at 5am with our dog. We called the office, quickly drove to Beaufort and we were met by the most amazing people who provided such loving treatment to our dog. Thank you for everything you did Dr. Romano and your lovely vet tech!
