Well-visits only. Despite my cat being kept at the facility 2 days and nights, despite communicating the specific symptoms relating to his mouth - drooling, pawing at his jaw, bad breath - this service failed to diagnose what turned out to be obvious. The entire staff here is a BLESSING! My sweet girl was in really bad shape, and was beyond a emergency. Not only did they save my girl but they also went above and beyond with the customer service, I love that at this vet THE PET IS PUT FIRST! The doctor and staff are ALWAYS so friendly and accommodating. The hours are AWESOME as well...., And what really brought it all home for me..... their groomer is only 1 of 2 in Carteret County that can groom my sweet Hope....lol she's a little beast at times......but not with him.
