Dr Romano and her staff were beyond A+++. She took time to explain our puppies illness and course of action to make him well. From the first phone call to the discharge, everyone was so willing to give us an update and keep us in the loop. They are truly angels on earth and we will forever thank them with all of our wellness visits in the future (no more emergency visits please haha).
Dr. Jocelyn and every staff member I have encountered at Beaufort Veterinary Hospital has been compassionate and caring. One thing that is really great about this practice is that they structure their hours around when working people can actually get their animals to the vet. Also super special about this practice is that our native wildlife is treated here too. Highly recommend them.
We brought our dachshund here late last night and the ladies were so nice and reassuring! Great staff and doctor!!!!
I highly recommend taking your kitties here😀We had an extreme emergency and Dr. Romano took care of our kitten, Mr. Jingles with the expertise of a seasoned vetrinarian. If it hadn't been for her extensive knowledge and gifted surgical skills, Mr. Jingles wouldn't have his leg. We're forever grateful to her and her caring staff . We can't find words to express how we love Dr Romano and her staff. We first found out about her from our neighbor. When you can take your beloved pet in an emergency to a vet at 3:00 am Sunday morning is a wonderful thing. Dr Romano has saved my furbaby Bleu twice but unfortunatly couldn't June 19. She and her staff tried so hard and she was so compassionate in the end. I recommend her very highly. Thank you so much Dr Romano.
I brought my dog here today all the way from New Bern because there was something not quite right with her. Even though it was a Sunday, and my dog had no records with their office, they scheduled me an appointment for this afternoon. Dr. Romano and her staff are friendly, caring, and very accommodating. She had a great presence with my dog who is not overly fond of the "doctor" variety. She even got down on the floor with me to explain the test results. Bella and my family LOVE this facility, especially the loving staff. They are our new family vet!!!
I love this practice! They have hours that work for working people (i.e., nights and weekends) and Dr. Jocelyn is the super sweet and the staff are awesome as well. They always take plenty of time listening to my pet concerns. Their groomer, Chris is also very sweet and my dogs love him!
