Bought a used car from here less than one year ago, so far I have had to replace the battery, the gas cap door, and the driver window has fallen into the door twice. We paid their service dept 200.00 to fix the window only to have it fall in the door within 2 weeks! We have a warranty that I'm still within my contract, but was told bc no parts were needed to fix this it wouldn't be covered. So when the window falls down again I'm told this a.m. it will cost me another 400.00 to order parts now. DO NOT GO HERE!
They have to earn my business trust back and I'm going to give them the opportunity in the near future though I'm sure they can't mess the next one up... In any case, I tried to accept the explanation given to me why I had to pay twice for their mistake (half price the second time but still). I'm trying to imagine myself going to a "Walmart" for example and, let's say I buy a television. Neither Walmart nor myself know the television doesn't work until I get home, plug it in and lo and behold, it doesn't work! I take it back... read more
