My experience at Beau Townsend Lincoln was very disappointing. After locating the exact car I had been searching for at this dealership, which is 3 1/2 hours from my home, I spoke with salesperson Mike Myers over the phone and made arrangements to purchase the vehicle. This purchase was a cash deal/no financing, therefore the arrangements we discussed over the phone prior to traveling to the dealership included acceptable method of payment. Had the distinct displeasure of talking to Svc Mgr, Angel. If only her demeanor was as Heavenly as her name. One of the top 3 nastiest people I've ever dealt with. I'm in my mid-60s. I had a few items to check. I sent a letter in advance by email to Angel to make my needs clear. It seems that really made her angry. One item is, I'm getting 9.14 MPG below Ford's advertised fuel economy rating. I sent her all the data from my last 11 tankfuls.
